Our Vineyard History

Dragoon Springs Vineyards was purchased in 2024 on the north eastern slope of the Dragoon mountains. The gentile bajada gradient allows cold air to flow through the vines promoting high acidity. Along with our alkaline sandy loam we boast fantastic chalk limestone that gives our soil a high calcium content. Varietals being planted Mother’s Day weekend 2026 are Sangiovese, Carignan, and Sauvignon Blanc.
